How To Set Up an Insurance Claim
Step 1
Call the glass claims department for your insurance company.
Step 2
Request Champion Auto Glass and request factory original glass. (Certain restrictions may apply depending on your individual coverage)
Step 3
Obtain a claim number and contact Champion to schedule or they will connect you on a 3 way call.
